Meaningful work, close to home
Help make the
everyday feel better.
We’re building the team for Lamar Agency’s next chapter. Our focus is thoughtful, non-medical support in clients’ homes, with respect for their routines and independence.
We welcome introductions from caregivers interested in opportunities in Rockdale, DeKalb, Cobb, and Fulton counties. CNA certification, current CPR certification, and a fingerprint background check are required before every placement.
The work we’re recruiting for
- 01Companionship
Conversation, shared activities, and a supportive presence.
- 02Personal care
Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers, as appropriate to the care plan.
- 03Everyday home support
Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and help with daily routines.
Assignments, hours, and start dates depend on client needs, qualifications, and staffing. Sending an introduction is not an offer of employment.
Before you join a family’s care

Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required. Our roles provide non-medical support within the agreed care plan.
- 2

- 3
Fingerprint background check
A fingerprint background check is required before placement. Don’t send identification documents through this website.
Assignments and start dates depend on qualifications, client needs, and availability.
Thoughtful care in practice
Listen closely.
Care thoughtfully.
Caregiver matching considers a family’s care needs, routines, personality, communication preferences, and schedule alongside your qualifications and availability.
We’re developing assessment and comprehension tools to support preparation. The preview uses fictional scenarios and does not certify, qualify, or approve anyone for employment.
